Terms and Conditions
1) TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
These terms apply to all goods supplied by 'Exclusive Lighting Ltd'. The registered address for 'Exclusive Lighting' is 73-75 Knowsley St, Bolton, BL1 2BJ Registered in England and Wales no. 4956346. We have the right to withdraw from any sale if the buyer defaults payment in any way. Once the payment has been recieved and has cleared, a contract will start between us and the buyer. Orders will only be despatched for delivery when conformation has been recieved that the payment has cleared.
2) PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products displayed for sale on our website are subject to availability at the time of order. If there is any problem with availability, you will be advised via email with an E.T.A (estimated time of arrival). You will then have the choice to wait for the goods to return into stock or cancel the order and recieve a refund directly onto the debit/ credit card used to make the purchase. All descriptions are given for guidance only and detail may vary slightly as a result of improvements or modifications. Colour finishes will be maintained as accuratly as possible but matching cannot be guaranteed. All sizes given are measured in milimetres, are approximate and exclude chain (where applicable). Light bulbs are supplied with every product.
3) PRICE OF GOODS
All prices shown are in pounds sterling. If any price shown on our website is in-correct, we will make every effort to change it to the correct price as soon as the fault is detected. The customer will then be offered the chance to purchase the product at the correct price. We offer a price match, If you see any of the same products advertised on our website cheaper elsewhere, we will be happy to invesigate and match their price. we have the right to refuse any price match enquiry.
•FREE DELIVERY on all orders placed over £99.00 (UK Mainland).
•Delivery charges for orders under £98.99 will be £5.99 (UK Mainland).
•For delivery charges outside UK Mainland, a quotation will be sent via e-mail.
•Goods are usually available for despatch within 7 working days of completion of order providing the product(s) are in stock with the supplier.
•Goods will be despatched direct to delivery address using a 24hr courier service.
•If the product(s) are out of stock with the supplier, you will be notified by e-mail within 24hrs of placing the order with an E.T.A (estimated time of arrival)
5) REFUND POLICY
Goods which are not suitable can be returned to us within 7 working days from date of delivery for a full refund. If the unsuitable goods you wish to return amount to more than £500, a handling fee of 25% could be incurred. For faulty products, see Returns and Faulty products page. However:
•The product(s) must be in the same condition / packaging in which it was sold.
•The product(s) must not have been used, installed or modified in any way.
•The product(s) must be returned with light bulbs and any other spare parts supplied.
A full refund will be given when we recieve the goods back and they comply with the above. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own expense (see returns page). We have the right to refuse a refund if the above criteria has not been met.
If goods are not suitable, they can be returned to us (at your own expense) within 7 working days from date of delivery for a full refund providing they comply with the conditions of the refund policy. If the unsuitable goods you wish to return amount to more than £500, a handling fee of 25% could be incurred. We need to recieve written conformation of a product return or order cancellation and NO products can be returned to us without our authorisation and returns note number. 7) FAULTY PRODUCTS
If goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival, you will be asked to notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery of goods and you will be responsible for returning them to us at your own expense. The product(s) will then be checked in accordance with our refund policy and you may be issued with a refund for the carriage costs incurred. The product(s) will then either be replaced or refunded direct onto the debit/ credit card used to make the purchase. No products can be returned to us without our authorisation and returns note number. All product(s) must be returned by registered means. This does not cover any damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage due to installation or modification.
ANY BREAKAGES/ DAMAGES/ SHORTAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO US BY E-MAIL WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY OF GOODS.
All products sold (except light bulbs) come with a 12 month manufacturers guarantee which does not cover any damage caused by wear and tear or accidental damage due to installation, repair or modification carried out without the manufacturers approval.
