NOT SUITABLE or DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
If goods are not suitable, they can be returned to us (at your own expense) within 14 days from date of delivery for a full refund providing they comply with the conditions of the refund policy.
To return an unsuitable item, you must call or email us for a returns authorisation number which must be clearly shown on the parcel when returned. Goods without this number will not be accepted.
If goods are damaged upon arrival, you will be asked to notify us within 7 days of delivery of goods. The product(s) will then either be replaced, repaired or refunded directly onto the debit/ credit card used to make the purchase once the item has arrived back at our premises. All goods must be returned by registered means.
If the goods we have supplied develop a fault within the warranty period, please contact us via phone or email and we attempt to resolve in a timely manner by repair, replace or refund.
